Ce Conus (Rhizoconus) miles est très commun sur les platiers herbeux, alluvionnaires de l' Indo-Pacifique. Il se ramasse aisément à pieds secs et tellement fréquent que l' on fini par le négliger ce qui fait que je n' en ai pas ramené. Ceux-ci viennent de brocantes notamment de Houilles. Le gros vient avec certitude de Nouvelle Calédonie. Le seul folklore de la bête est la répartition des motifs et des lignes suivant les régions. Taille: 87 à 43 mm.

The Conus (Rhizoconus) miles is very common on reef flats grassy alluvial of the Indo-Pacific. It is easy to pick up without getting one's feet wet and so often that we ended up neglecting in the fact that I 've not bring back. They come from flea markets especially that of Houilles. The bigger comes with certainty from New Caledonia. The only folklore of the beast is the distribution patterns and lines in different regions. Size: 87 à 43 mm.
